Role Description The Branch Head role at Sugmya Finance is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna.



The Branch Head is responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing the lending portfolio, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role includes leading and mentoring branch staff, setting targets, monitoring performance, and driving business growth in the region. The Branch Head will manage customer relationships, support MSME clients in semi-urban and Tier-3 markets, and ensure high-quality credit underwriting and collection practices. The role also involves coordinating with regional and head office teams, preparing regular reports, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.
