Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter at Karmikus will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a range of technical and non-technical roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, and facilitating offer discussions.



The Recruiter will maintain and update talent pipelines, support onboarding activities, and collaborate with leadership to understand workforce needs and refine job requirements. This is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi, requiring close coordination with internal stakeholders and adherence to fair and inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifications

Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and standard office productivity tools.
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and inclusive recruitment processes.
