Role Description The Legal Intern role is an internship position based in Delhi, India, with a hybrid work model that allows some work from home. The intern will support lawyers and consultants by conducting legal research, reviewing statutes and case law, and preparing case summaries and internal memos. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with drafting and formatting legal documents and contracts,



helping organize and maintain case files, and supporting due diligence for corporate and commercial matters. The intern will also help identify and analyze legal issues for ongoing client matters, participate in client meeting preparation, and contribute to internal knowledge resources. This role offers exposure to corporate, commercial, and business law practice and requires adherence to professional ethics and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge of Law, with interest in corporate, commercial, and business law.
Ability to support Legal Consulting activities, including research, analysis, and practical recommendations.
Competence in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and structuring contracts and legal correspondence.
Transparent and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and client-facing interactions.
