We’re looking for friendly, empathetic, and excellent communicators to join our team as Virtual Conversation Specialists.
This is a unique customer-facing role for people who genuinely enjoy talking with others, listening carefully, and creating positive, meaningful interactions.
You’ll connect with customers through one-on-one video conversations, providing friendly conversation, attentive listening, and supportive communication in a professional and respectful environment.

What You’ll DoRemote Customer Support & Conversation Specialist – $100/hour
Connect with customers through scheduled one-on-one video conversations.
Create a welcoming, friendly, and comfortable customer experience.
Listen actively and respond with empathy and understanding.
Engage in conversations about everyday life, interests, experiences, and general topics.
Provide encouragement and supportive conversation when customers are having a difficult day.
Remain calm, patient, and respectful during sensitive conversations.
Maintain appropriate professional boundaries at all times.




Follow company guidelines for customer interaction, privacy, safety, and escalation.
Deliver a consistently positive customer experience.
