Role Description

The Sales Manager – Solar is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara, responsible for driving sales growth across residential solar solutions.



This role includes identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting site visits with the technical team, presenting tailored solar proposals, and guiding clients through financial options such as EMIs and loan processing. The Sales Manager will manage the sales pipeline, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely closure of deals while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve collaborating with engineering and operations teams for smooth project handover, monitoring customer satisfaction, and supporting post-installation relationship management. The role requires consistent market outreach, participation in local events or trade activities, and providing feedback to leadership on market trends and competitive positioning.
