This is a Product Designer role - not simply a UI/UX execution role.

AI-Enabled Designer: You confidently use AI to speed up research, explore concepts, prototype ideas, and improve your design process.
Strong Figma Skills: You’re comfortable with components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and creating design systems that stay consistent as products scale.
Clear Communicator: You can explain the thinking behind your designs, receive feedback constructively, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
Ownership Mentality: You take responsibility for the entire design journey from understanding the problem and exploring solutions to developer handoff and post-launch improvements.
Curious & Adaptable: You enjoy learning quickly, testing assumptions, and adjusting your approach as new information emerges.
