We're hiring energetic, target-driven Sales Executives to join our Bangalore sales floor. You'll work directly with home buyers, present projects from reputed builders, and own your pipeline from first call to closure. Open to both freshers and experienced sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and inbound channels
Understand buyer requirements and recommend suitable residential projects
Maintain a consistent follow-up rhythm and a healthy sales pipeline
Coordinate and conduct site visits and client meetings
Present project details, amenities, pricing, and payment plans clearly and confidently
Negotiate and drive deals to closure
Coordinate documentation and agreements through to handover
Build long-term client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team numbers
Stay current on Bangalore's residential market, new launches, and competitor projects
Required Skills
Excellent English communication, mandatory

and negotiation skills
Confidence and comfort with cold calling and direct customer interaction
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-oriented
Ability to work weekends, when buyer activity is highest
Qualifications
Any Graduate
Freshers are welcome to apply
6 months to 5 years of sales experience preferred; residential real estate experience is a solid advantage
Two-wheeler preferred, not mandatory
