Role Description

The Human Resources Recruiter is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara,



responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition to support Grando Solar Energy’s growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes with hiring managers. The recruiter will manage job postings, maintain an organized candidate pipeline, and ensure a positive and professional experience for all applicants. This role also involves collaborating with HR and leadership on workforce planning, supporting onboarding activities, and maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports. The recruiter is expected to uphold inclusive hiring practices that align with company values and comply with all applicable employment regulations.
