Role Description

The Loan Executive role at Grando Solar Energy is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara.



The Loan Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end loan process for residential, commercial, and industrial solar clients, including customer profiling, documentation collection, eligibility checks, and coordination with financial institutions. Daily activities include explaining finance options and EMI structures, guiding customers through application and approval steps, supporting video KYC, and ensuring accurate, timely data entry into internal systems. The role also involves maintaining loan status trackers, resolving customer queries, liaising with internal sales and operations teams to align project and finance timelines, and ensuring compliance with company policies and lender requirements. The Loan Executive contributes to improving loan processes, enhancing customer experience, and supporting overall solar adoption by making financing smooth and structured.
