Role Description This is a full-time, in office Product Trainer role based in Indore. The Product Trainer is responsible for delivering product training to new and existing team members, ensuring they understand product features, workflows,



and use cases relevant to airvincible’s BPO and customer service operations. Day-to-day tasks include designing and updating training materials, conducting classroom and floor-based sessions, creating assessments, and tracking learner progress. The role involves collaborating with operations, quality, and technology teams to identify training needs, address performance gaps, and maintain consistent product knowledge across the organization. The Product Trainer is also expected to gather feedback, analyze training effectiveness, and continuously refine training content and methods to support business KPIs.
Qualifications
Strong Product Training skills, with experience designing and delivering structured training programs.
Excellent Presentation Skills and facilitation capabilities for group and one-on-one sessions.
Solid Analytical Skills to assess training needs, interpret performance data, and measure training impact.
