About the Role
LOUDLABS is looking for a Project Lead who is passionate about sports and has a strong understanding of content, social media, and digital storytelling.

The role involves leading the content direction and ensuring that sports-related content is relevant, engaging, timely, and aligned with the audience and platform. The ideal candidate should understand sports culture, follow current trends, and know how to translate sporting moments into compelling digital content.

Key Responsibilities




Lead the overall content planning and execution for sports-focused digital properties.
Develop content ideas, formats, series, and campaigns across social media platforms.
Work closely with social media, creative, graphic design, video, and project teams.
Plan content around matches, players, teams, tournaments, events, and trending sports conversations.
Ensure content is timely, accurate, engaging, and relevant to sports audiences.
Review and provide direction on content created by writers, designers, editors, and social media teams.
Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for real-time and reactive content.
Contribute to content calendars and campaign planning.
Ensure content is adapted appropriately for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, X, and other digital channels.
Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
