Cariove is a growing fashion jewellery brand built around everyday statement pieces, pre-curated stacks, and anti-tarnish jewellery. Our jewellery pieces have been worn by leading Bollywood names.
We're looking for someone to own our social media end to end — planning, shooting, editing, posting, community, and influencers. This is a full ownership role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Plan & Strategise
• Own the weekly and monthly content calendar for Instagram
• Come up with reel, story, and carousel ideas around launches, restocks, bestsellers, styling tips, and founder-led content
• Track reach, saves, engagement, and conversions — and change direction based on what's working
Shoot & Edit
• Shoot reels, product videos, styling content, BTS, and founder-led videos on an iPhone
• Plan and run in-house shoots; brief and coordinate photographers, videographers,
and models for bigger ones
• Edit day-to-day reels and stories on CapCut, VN, InShot, Edits or Canva — text overlays, audios, transitions, captions
• Keep the aesthetic clean, premium, and consistent
Manage & Grow
• Post daily and create engaging stories — polls, quizzes, styling tips, BTS
• Reply to DMs and comments. A large share of our sales start there
• Shortlist, reach out to, and coordinate with influencers and creators, and follow up on deliverables
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Genuinely interested in fashion and jewellery content, with a good eye for styling, angles, and lighting
• Hands-on with shooting, editing, and posting — basic video editing is a must.
• Robust grip on Instagram reels, trends, and storytelling
• Organised and proactive — brings ideas without waiting to be asked
• Experience with a fashion, jewellery, beauty, or D2C brand is a plus. Freshers with strong content sense can apply
