About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our presence across major e-commerce and quick-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end platform operations — from listings and inventory to order fulfilment and performance tracking — ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage seller/vendor accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, images, descriptions, pricing) as per each platform's guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels across platforms to prevent stockouts/overstocking; coordinate with warehouse/supply chain teams for replenishment.
• Analyze platform dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance, ratings,



and account health metrics.
• Handle catalog issues, listing rejections, and compliance requirements specific to each platform.
• Coordinate with brand/marketing teams for platform-specific promotions, deals, and ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
• Resolve escalations related to order delays, quality complaints, or account penalties.
• Maintain SOPs for onboarding new SKUs/platforms and ensure timely renewal of agreements/contracts.
• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales, returns, and operational efficiency for management review.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or quick-commerce operations.
• Hands-on experience with seller panels of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, Myntra Partner Portal, or Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart dashboards pr
