Role Description This is a hybrid, commission based Business Development Manager role based in Recent Delhi. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and promote Individual Stake’s services in website design, hosting, automation, localization, and web app development. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and presenting proposals, managing the sales pipeline,



negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery. The role also involves setting growth targets, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback to inform service improvements and strategic initiatives.
