Role Description The Salesperson will work on-site in Chennai in a full-time capacity, engaging directly with prospective and existing clients to promote Vivid Interiors’ false ceiling solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, conducting client meetings and site visits, understanding customer requirements, and presenting suitable design and product options. The role involves preparing quotations, negotiating terms,



and closing deals while ensuring a smooth handover to the project execution team. The Salesperson will maintain accurate sales records, follow up on leads, build long-term client relationships, and collaborate with designers, contractors, and internal operations staff to support project delivery. Regular market research, competitor analysis, and participation in local networking or industry events are also part of the role.
Qualifications
Solid consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate false ceiling solutions.
Experience in interiors, construction, building materials, or a related field, preferably in a client-facing sales role.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Basic proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or sales tracking software).
