Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving current business and expanding existing accounts for Unleash Tech Worx’s HubSpot, AI, and RevOps solutions.



Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and delivering tailored product demonstrations that align with client needs and growth objectives. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals while maintaining accurate CRM records and sales documentation. The Sales Specialist collaborates closely with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure smooth handoffs, support client onboarding, and contribute feedback to refine go-to-market strategies. The position also requires ongoing learning about HubSpot, AI, and RevOps best practices to effectively communicate value and build long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including pipeline management, deal negotiation, and consistent achievement of revenue targets.
