Role Description As an Event Video Editor at Asan Innovators, you will be responsible for shaping compelling video content from event footage, including conferences, product launches, webinars, and promotional activities. On a day-to-day basis, you will review raw footage, select key moments, edit video sequences, add transitions, sound, graphics, and motion elements, and ensure the final output aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and event teams to understand content goals,



create different versions for social media and other platforms, and maintain consistent quality and turnaround times.

This is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, requiring regular coordination with cross-functional teams and participation in pre- and post-event planning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle end-to-end event video workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and maintain consistent, professional-looking footage.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, overlays, and titles for event videos.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing skills is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling ability, and the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are required.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and event teams, and familiarity with social media video formats and best practices, is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
