Role Description The EA to Chairman is a full-time, on-site role based in Anand. This role involves managing the Chairman’s calendar, coordinating meetings and events, and handling travel and logistical arrangements. The EA will prepare briefs, presentations, and communication materials, while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing correspondence, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely follow-up on actions and decisions. The EA will support the Chairman in strategic initiatives, maintain confidentiality,



and help ensure smooth functioning of the Chairman’s office in alignment with the ashram’s values.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills to coordinate multiple tasks and schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships, including internal teams, visitors, and external partners.
- Competence in office productivity tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets, presentations) and document management.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Experience in executive assistance, administration, or coordination roles; exposure to nonprofit or faith-based organizations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; formal training in administration or management is beneficial.
- Alignment with the values and ethos of Sanatan Dharma, and willingness to work in a spiritually oriented workplace.
