Classified job is announced to all qualified applicants. 5.9 hours per day/225 days per year/Lane 11 $25.52 per hour (2026 - 2027 Support Salary Table) (Promotions result in a 5% minimum increase) GENERAL FUNCTION: The Early Intervention Specialist will assist the Early Childhood Department Director in implementing the Early Intervention Program serving children with disabilities ages birth to three. The Specialist will assure file compliance with state Baby Watch Early Intervention guidelines and assist in other implementation activities as needed. Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.

QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Leadership and solid organizational abilities.

- Ability to train and work with adults and children.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Health or Special Education fields.
