ChatWithAds is the AI decision engine for paid media. We help DTC brands understand what happened in their ad accounts, why it happened, and exactly what to do next — across Meta, Google, Shopify and more.

The founder runs 8 DTC brands and an ad agency. You'll work directly with him across both.

Mission:

Be the expert brain behind our client accounts and our product.

Your job is to diagnose DTC ad accounts better than anyone — for our agency clients today, for every new ChatWithAds user tomorrow, and eventually inside the product itself.

What You'll Own:

Agency client strategy

- Media mix, budgets, and creative direction for DTC client accounts
- CAC / ROAS / MER diagnosis — what's wrong, why, and in what order to fix it
- Profit-first thinking: POAS, contribution margin, returns, COGS — not vanity ROAS
- Monthly strategy calls and reviews with client founders

ChatWithAds onboarding

- Run the first-diagnosis call for every current ChatWithAds user
- Read their account, find the biggest problem, create the "aha" moment
- Feed what you learn back to the founder and product team

Expert voice

- Help turn your diagnostic thinking into the product's reasoning — rules, checklists, real case examples




- Account teardowns and takes published under your name (LinkedIn, X, video)

Metrics You'll Own

- Agency client retention and results
- New-user activation rate on ChatWithAds
- Onboarding calls per week
- Real diagnostic cases documented into the product

What We're Looking For

- 4–8 years diagnosing DTC / e-commerce paid media (agency, freelance, or in-house)
- Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify
- Can look at an account for 20 minutes and correctly say what's wrong and what to fix first
- Thinks in profit, not just ROAS
- Comfortable talking to founders and explaining clearly
- Uses AI daily

Bonus Points:

- Ran or worked at a performance agency
- Sells or has sold account audits / teardowns
- Public content under your own name
- Experience with profit analytics tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, Lifetimely, etc.)
