Shift: Day Shift | 6 Days Working | 1 Weekly Off

Salary

Up to 4 LPA (Up to 27,000 per month) + Incentives

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is Mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support/Non-Voice Process
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Written and Verbal)
- Strong typing, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
- Candidates currently based in Bangalore will be given preference

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through Email and Chat Support
- Provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions




- Handle multiple customer conversations while maintaining quality
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required
- Ensure high accuracy and professionalism in written communication
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting quality and productivity targets
