- Prepare and organize bakery items for dispatch as per daily orders, outlet requirements, and vehicle routes.

- Segregate and arrange products route-wise to ensure smooth and productive loading.

- Verify the quantity, quality, and condition of items before dispatch.

- Ensure all items are properly packed and labelled before loading.

- Coordinate with the production team to ensure all required items are ready within the scheduled dispatch time.

- Prepare and check dispatch documents, delivery challans, invoices, and other required records.

- Supervise or assist in the proper loading of products into delivery vehicles according to the designated route.

- Ensure that items for different outlets/customers are not mixed up.





- Communicate with drivers and delivery personnel regarding route-wise orders and special delivery instructions.

- Maintain accurate records of dispatched, pending, returned, damaged, or short-supplied items.

- Coordinate with the concerned departments in case of shortages, excess production, missing items, or dispatch discrepancies.

- Ensure timely departure of delivery vehicles as per the dispatch schedule.

- Help the packing teams with packing, labeling of the items.
