Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of online marketing initiatives to enhance FlexiPayment’s brand presence and generate qualified leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, monitoring performance metrics, and helping manage digital marketing channels. The intern will contribute to web analytics reporting, conduct basic market research, and collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns.

on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring consistent coordination with cross-functional teams and a strong interest in FinTech and digital marketing.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated interest and foundational skills in Digital Marketing and Social Media.
- Practical understanding of Social Media Marketing, including content creation and campaign support.
- Basic knowledge of Web Analytics and comfort working with data to interpret campaign performance.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, MS Office, basic design tools) is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a quick-paced startup environment.
- Interest in the financial services or FinTech sector will be BIG advantage and will be preferred.
