Role Overview :

As a DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for architecting, maintaining, and scaling the infrastructure that powers our global immigration platforms. You will work closely with software development and product teams to bridge the gap between code and operations, ensuring that our services remain highly available and performant. Your efforts will directly impact the reliability of our user-facing applications, enabling seamless experiences for clients navigating complex immigration journeys.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines to accelerate the deployment of Java-based applications and microservices.
- Orchestrate containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure consistent performance across development, staging, and production clusters.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible to reduce manual overhead and improve system reliability.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure on AWS to optimize resource utilization, security, and cost-efficiency for our global user base.
- Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks before they impact the end-user experience.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX-focused performance improvements into the backend deployment lifecycle.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing Linux-based environments and writing complex Shell scripts for system automation and task scheduling.
- Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD workflows using Jenkins and Git, ensuring seamless integration and delivery cycles.
- Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and developing custom automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures on AWS, with the ability to design secure and resilient network topologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable infrastructure improvements for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a distributed, remote-first workplace, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across multiple time zones.
- Candidates must possess between 3 to 13 years of relevant professional experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure management.
