Role Description

Location: Jasola, New Delhi (on-site)

Type: Full time

Joining: Immediate joiners only The Designer will work full time on-site in Jasola, New Delhi, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling designs for brand communication campaigns, events, digital platforms, and print materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing design ideas, developing layouts, illustrations, and graphics aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines, and preparing final assets for production and digital deployment. The role involves working on presentations, marketing collaterals, social media creatives, event branding, and other visual content, while ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery.





The Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, support pitches and proposals with strong visual narratives, and adapt designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders and clients. Maintaining awareness of design trends, new tools, and emerging technologies is expected to continuously enhance creative output.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related creative software.
- Experience in designing for digital platforms (social media, web banners, emailers) as well as print (posters, brochures, event branding).
- Strong skills in visual storytelling, typography, color theory, layout composition, and brand-aligned design.
- Ability to translate complex communication concepts into clear, impactful visual solutions for diverse audiences.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, with capacity to incorporate feedback and work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Relevant academic background in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in advertising, brand communication, events, or agency environments is an advantage; familiarity with AI-driven or tech-enabled design workflows is a plus.
