We are looking for an experienced Design Managers to lead the product design function for Aluminium or uPVC Windows & Doors categories. The role will drive product innovation, lead end-to-end design and development, and create differentiated products aligned with market trends and customer needs.

Candidates from reputed Doors, Windows PEB or consumer product, building materials, furniture, sanitaryware, electricals, appliances, automotive components, or engineered products companies with strong product design experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead product design and innovation for the Aluminium uPVC Windows & Doors portfolio.

- Drive the complete product development life cycle from concept, design and prototyping to production.

- Develop aesthetically appealing, functional, and cost-effective product designs.

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor products to identify new opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and industry regulations.

- Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D;, Marketing, Procurement, and Sales for successful product launches.

- Work closely with vendors and suppliers on material selection, tooling, and product improvements.

- Optimize product design for manufacturability, cost, quality,



and performance.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the design team while driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Desired Skills:

- Strong expertise in product design and development.

- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.

- Good understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, tooling, and prototyping.

- Knowledge of quality standards and product validation processes.

- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.

- 5-20 years of experience in product design and development, with leadership exposure.

- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and launching cutting-edge products
