Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.
- Understand and communicate treatment plans clearly to patients.
- Assist patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Coordinate with dentists and the clinical team for smooth treatment execution.
- Follow up with patients regarding scheduled treatments and appointments.
- Maintain patient records and necessary coordination details.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for every patient.

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Positive organisational and coordination abilities.
- Professional and confident personality.
- Patient-focused approach with good follow-up skills.
- Prior experience in a dental clinic, healthcare, or similar role will be an advantage.
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
