Role Description The Deliverability Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India. In this role, the specialist will monitor and analyze email performance metrics, identify deliverability issues, and implement corrective actions across DNS records, authentication protocols, and sending infrastructure. Daily tasks include reviewing DMARC, SPF, and DKIM configurations, troubleshooting domain reputation problems, coordinating with clients to understand their email sending patterns, and documenting remediation steps and outcomes.

The specialist will also collaborate with internal technical teams to design and refine data pipelines that support email analytics and reporting, and provide clear, practical recommendations to clients on best practices for sustained deliverability.

- Candidates should possess strong technical skills in DNS management, including configuration and troubleshooting of DMARC, SPF, and DKIM records.
- Candidates should possess skills in email infrastructure and deliverability, such as understanding IP/domain reputation, inbox placement, bounce handling, and spam filtering mechanisms.
- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis and reporting, including the ability to interpret email performance metrics, work with logs, and use analytical tools to identify patterns and root causes.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation and communication, including writing clear technical reports, creating remediation plans, and explaining complex issues in accessible language to non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a methodical approach to diagnosing issues, testing solutions, and validating results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with email service providers (ESPs), marketing automation platforms, or outbound sales tools is beneficial.
- Familiarity with security best practices, authentication standards, and compliance requirements related to email is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Tamil Nadu, India, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
