: Position: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process) Location: Yerwada, Pune, MH Salary - Up to 45 K Per Month - Depends on Experience Interview Mode : Virtual Need Min 6 months of Experience in Customer Service in an international BPO in Voice Process.

Key Responsibilities: Need Min 6 months of Experience in Customer Service in an international BPO in Voice Process. Handling basic Customer queries related to Telecom Bills /Customer Resolution expert. Respond to customer questions and issues through calls.





Should have excellent Communication / Interpersonal /Comprehension skills Providing Prompt and Polite Assistance to the Foreign Customers. Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of customer service and able to handle the Customer over phone Candidates should be willing to work in US shift. Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage time effectively. Maintaining a deep understanding of our products, services and policies to address customer concerns effectively.
