- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience with object-oriented programming concepts and modularization techniques within SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of database programming and performance optimization in SAP HANA systems.
- Ability to develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration practices.
- Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues in SAP landscapes.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
