Get to Know the Opportunity

- Lead cross-functional situational awareness, being the first to notice misalignment and issues as they arise and escalate as needed
- Facilitate a culture of empowerment aimed at reinforcing an ethos of self-organization across teams
- Strive for continual improvement,



always learning about new tools and techniques for managing the scrum process and the team
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning sessions, stand ups, retrospectives, demos etc…)

The Contributions You Will Make

- Help ensure that good business relationships are maintained

- Shepherd tasks through the development, QA, product review, and release processes

- Channel information between teams and team members in order to keep ahead of blockers and to foster progress

- Enforce scrum values and processes

- Ensure that work groups are run efficiently and concisely, and that all parties involved are kept in the loop with regard to timing and location of all meetings

- Proactively resolve conflicts by leading discussions that quickly unblock team velocity and establish focus back on solving problems for our users

Education Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
