Role & responsibilities

- Perform CO2/MIG welding for fabrication and assembly of agricultural machinery and tractor components.

- Read basic fabrication drawings and understand dimensions.

- Perform welding on MS sheets, pipes, angles, channels and fabricated structures.

- Ensure proper weld strength, finish and dimensional accuracy.

- Carry out grinding, fitting and finishing work when required.

- Set welding parameters and operate CO2/MIG welding machines safely.

- Inspect welded components for defects and rework where necessary.

- Maintain welding machine, tools and workplace.

- Follow production targets, quality standards and safety procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

- ITI Welder / Fitter preferred.

- Minimum 1-3 years experience in CO2/MIG welding.

- Experience in fabrication or agricultural machinery manufacturing preferred.

- Good hands-on welding skill with clean and strong weld finish.

- Able to understand basic drawings and measurements.

- Knowledge of grinder, drilling machine and fabrication tools is an advantage.

- Hardworking, disciplined and willing to work in a production workplace.

- Candidates from Baramati or nearby areas preferred.
