Looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) — Peacechat (Equity based)

We’re looking for someone who wants to build Peacechat with us, not simply work for us.

Peacechat is launching a new category of platform for relationship & emotional support, connecting people with verified listeners, dating coaches, relationship experts, creators, influencers and eventually celebrities through private conversations.

We are now looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer who can take ownership of building Peacechat into a major consumer brand.

What You'll Own

As CMO, you will lead the entire marketing and growth function:

- Build the Peacechat brand from 0 → 1
- Create and execute the user acquisition strategy
- Lead Instagram, YouTube and social media growth
- Build influencer & creator partnerships
- Develop celebrity & brand ambassador collaborations
- Lead UGC and performance marketing
- Build and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
- Create viral campaigns around relationships, dating & emotional wellness
- Build referral and community-led growth
- Own CAC, conversion, retention and marketing ROI
- Build the marketing team as Peacechat scales

You will have complete ownership of the marketing function and will work directly with the Founder & CEO.

This Is a Co-Founder + Investor/ marketing resources opportunity

We are specifically looking for someone who is willing to invest capital into Peacechat and join the company as a genuine CMO. investments could be marketing resources too!

The investment will be discussed and mutually agreed based on the candidate's profile, experience, network and ability to contribute to the company's growth.

In return, the person will receive equity and become part of Peacechat's core leadership.

This is not a salaried CMO position.

We are looking for someone who wants to build significant long-term value alongside the Founder.

Who We're Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who:

- Has successfully built or scaled a consumer brand/startup
- Understands Indian Gen-Z and young consumer behaviour
- Has deep knowledge of Instagram, creators and influencer marketing
- Understands viral content and social distribution
- Has experience with paid acquisition and Meta Ads
- Has a solid network of creators, influencers or celebrities
- Thinks like a founder and executes like an operator
- Is comfortable taking significant ownership and responsibility
- Has the financial ability and willingness to invest in the company

Previous 0→1 startup or consumer brand-building experience is highly preferred.
