Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day OPD operations and patient flow
Coordinate effectively between doctors, patients, and staff
Supervise appointment scheduling and front desk activities
Ensure smooth coordination with Pharmacy and Laboratory services
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in OPD management preferred
