We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Billing Engineer (Civil) for Highway / NHAI Projects. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of highway construction billing, quantity estimation, BOQ, reconciliation, and client/subcontractor billing processes.

Role & responsibilities

- Preparation and submission of Client RA Bills & Final Bills
- Verification and certification of Subcontractor Bills
- Quantity calculation from drawings, BOQ & site execution
- Preparation of Measurement Sheets & Reconciliation Statements
- Rate analysis for extra items / deviation works
- Coordination with Project Managers, Site Engineers & Consultants
- Preparation of DPR / WPR / Monthly Billing Reports
- Maintaining billing records, abstracts & supporting documents




- Ensuring billing compliance with NHAI / MoRTH specifications
- Handling variation statements, claims & supporting documentation
- Material reconciliation and quantity tracking

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5 Years in Highway / Road / NHAI Projects
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing, Quantity Surveying & Reconciliation
- Positive command over MS Excel & AutoCAD
- Experience in EPC / HAM / NHAI projects preferred
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
