Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Personal Driver / Chauffeur role based in Oshiwara, Andheri West, Mumbai. The Personal Driver / Chauffeur will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, discreet, and professional transportation to the employer and/or family members. The role requires excellent knowledge of Mumbai roads, a professional appearance, punctuality, and flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Work as a Personal Driver / Chauffeur for the employer and family members, providing safe, comfortable, and professional transportation.
- Drive the employer and family members to offices, meetings, appointments, social engagements, airports, hotels, and other destinations.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off while maintaining a high standard of chauffeur service.
- Maintain complete confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism regarding the employer's personal and professional activities.
- Plan routes in advance and use knowledge of Mumbai roads and traffic conditions to ensure effective and timely travel.
- Monitor traffic and identify alternative routes when required to avoid delays.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, polished, presentable, and roadworthy condition at all times.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including fuel, tyres, lights, brakes, fluids, and other essential safety checks.
- Ensure the vehicle is always ready for duty and positioned appropriately for scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and defensive driving practices.
- Provide courteous and professional chauffeur service,



including opening/closing vehicle doors and assisting passengers when required.
- Assist the employer with luggage, shopping bags, documents, or other items when necessary.
- Coordinate with household staff, office staff, security personnel, or other relevant individuals regarding travel arrangements.
- Maintain records of vehicle servicing, maintenance, insurance, permits, and other required documentation.
- Ensure timely servicing, cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of the vehicle.
- Remain available and flexible to accommodate early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended working hours when required.
- Maintain a professional appearance, conduct, and attitude while representing the employer.
- Perform personal errands and other driving-related duties assigned by the employer.
- Support the overall transportation requirements of the employer and family with reliability and discretion.

Qualifications
- Valid driving license appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
- Minimum 3–10 years of experience as a Personal Driver, Chauffeur, Family Driver, or professional driver.
- Strong knowledge of Mumbai and surrounding areas, including Oshiwara, Andheri, Bandra, Goregaon, Malad, and other major locations.
- Clean and responsible driving record.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, well-mannered, punctual, trustworthy, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Comfortable working flexible hours and adapting to the employer's schedule.
- Physically fit and capable of assisting with luggage and other personal errands.
- Prior experience working with senior executives, families, HNIs, or corporate professionals will be an advantage.
