We are expanding our Audit & Assurance team and are looking for qualified Chartered Accountants at two levels.

Established in 1986, GMJ & Co. is a reputed mid-sized CA firm with 16 Partners and a team of approximately 240 professionals, serving a diverse clientele including listed companies, NBFCs and large private companies.

1. Audit Executive | 0–1 Year Post Qualification

What you will work on:

- Statutory audit fieldwork for listed and large private companies
- Audit documentation and working papers as per Standards on Auditing
- Ind AS application and financial statement analysis
- CARO 2020 clause-wise analysis and drafting
- Vouching, verification and substantive testing
- Client coordination and resolution of audit queries
- Audit observations, management letters and audit reports
- Supporting seniors in finalisation of financial statements and audit deliverables

We are looking for:

- Qualified CA (ICAI), 0–1 year post qualification
- Strong exposure to statutory audit during articleship
- Working knowledge of Ind AS, Standards on Auditing and Companies Act, 2013
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel; Tally/SAP exposure preferred
- Willingness to travel for audit assignments

1. Manager – Audit & Assurance | 3–5 Years Post Qualification

What you will work on:





- Lead statutory audit engagements from planning through completion
- Review and guide article assistants and junior team members
- Handle complex Ind AS matters including revenue, leases, financial instruments and consolidation
- Draft and review CARO 2020 reporting, audit reports and management letters
- Manage client relationships and audit deliverables
- Monitor engagement budgets, timelines and team resources
- Identify and escalate significant audit risks and technical matters
- Support client relationship development and business development initiatives

We are looking for:

- Qualified CA (ICAI) with 3–5 years post-qualification experience
- Strong experience in statutory audits of listed / large private companies
- Hands-on knowledge of Ind AS and practical audit application
- Experience in reviewing and managing junior team members
- Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills
- NBFC / Bank audit and consolidated/group audit exposure will be an advantage

Location Andheri East, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 days | 2nd Saturday off

Joining Period: 15 days – 1 month
