Description:

The Celebration Manager is responsible for driving social event business, including weddings, banquets, and other celebrations, while maximizing revenue opportunities for the hotel. The role focuses on generating leads, building strong relationships with clients, event planners, and key influencers, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences through seamless event planning and execution.

The Celebration

Manager works closely with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction, improve operational coordination, and position the hotel as the preferred destination for celebrations and social events in the Ahmedabad market.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in event sales, banquet operations, wedding planning, or hospitality management. Strong communication, negotiation,



and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage multiple events simultaneously, and deliver outstanding customer service. Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable celebration experiences.
