We are looking for a Category Executive – Appliances who can take ownership of the category and drive sales growth, product expansion and profitability.

? Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth for Hob, Chimney & Microwave categories
- Develop strategies to increase product penetration and conversion
- Identify new products, brands and vendors based on market demand
- Manage product assortment, pricing, margins and SKU performance
- Analyse sales data to identify high-performing & slow-moving products
- Work closely with Sales, Design, Procurement, Warehouse & Operations
- Conduct competitor and market analysis
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Support new product launches and category expansion
- Negotiate with vendors for better pricing,



availability and commercial terms
- Track category performance against sales, revenue and margin targets

? Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Appliances / Modular Kitchen / Interior / Home Improvement
- Strong understanding of Hob, Chimney & Microwave
- Proven ability to drive sales and category growth
- Good vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Good understanding of product pricing, margins and market trends
- Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills

? Preferred: Candidates who have worked with appliance brands, modular kitchen companies, interior companies or home-improvement businesses.
