Annual benefit: 7-day international trip Role Description The Camp Partnerships Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with camps, travel partners, and related organizations to support Al Fahad Enterprises’ tour and travel and associated services.

The Camp Partnerships

Manager will oversee partner onboarding, maintain key accounts, negotiate partnership terms, and ensure delivery on agreed service levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing partner performance, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill partner requirements, and preparing reports and recommendations to improve partnership outcomes.



The role also requires regular communication with partners to nurture relationships and explore new collaborative opportunities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills to identify, build, and sustain high-value collaborations.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Communication skills to manage key stakeholders and maintain clear, professional interactions.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate partner performance, interpret data, and support decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or camp management sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
