AscentiaCore Consulting LLP is looking for talented and motivated professionals to join our growing consulting team in Kolkata.

Position: CA/CMA/MBA - Consulting

Experience: 2-6 years

Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

- Support strategy, business transformation and performance improvement projects.
- Analyse financial and operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in cost reduction, profitability improvement and working capital optimisation assignments.
- Assist in developing business plans, financial models, MIS reports, dashboards and KPI frameworks.
- Support operational excellence, process improvement and business restructuring initiatives.
- Prepare client presentations, reports and recommendations.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams during project execution and implementation.

Qualifications and Skills:





- CA/CMA/MBA from a recognised institution.
- 2-6 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, finance transformation, strategy, operational excellence or performance improvement.
- Robust analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, presentation and report-writing skills.
- Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, finance, operations or business analytics will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced environment.
