Role Description The Senior Assurance Associate role at BDO RISE is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will perform assurance and audit procedures on financial statements, including planning, execution, and completion of engagements in accordance with qualified standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial data, reviewing accounting records,



testing internal controls, documenting audit findings, and preparing working papers and reports. The Senior Assurance Associate will collaborate with engagement teams, communicate regularly with supervisors and managers, and help train and mentor junior team members. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, supporting quality reviews, and ensuring that client deliverables meet BDO’s service and compliance standards.
Qualifications
