Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Business Development professional will identify and qualify recent business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of leads, and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, collaborating with internal creative and project teams to tailor solutions,



and negotiating proposals and contracts. The role involves regular client meetings, follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction, and tracking performance metrics to support revenue growth. The position requires proactive outreach, strategic planning, and consistent documentation of activities in CRM or similar tools.

Qualifications
Solid communication and customer service skills to engage clients, present solutions clearly, and maintain long-term relationships.
Lead generation and market research skills to identify potential clients, understand industry trends, and uncover business opportunities.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within creative, media, design, or technology-driven environments.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
