Responsible for managing end-to-end supply planning, inventory management, and demand-supply alignment to ensure product availability, optimal inventory levels, and achievement of business targets. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive productive production planning, customer service, and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end supply planning and inventory across the supply chain.
Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
Develop and execute supply plans to meet customer demand and business objectives.
Prepare and finalize production and manufacturing plans based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints.
Monitor and drive production output to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain agreed service levels.
Lead demand-supply alignment through regular reviews with key stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate supply risks to avoid stock shortages and excess inventory.
Track critical products and inventory positions,



providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless operations.
Analyze supply chain performance and recommend improvements for inventory optimization and process efficiency.
