Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Colaba. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a robust sales pipeline for the agency. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, initiating contact via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting service offerings, and preparing proposals in coordination with the creative team.

The Business Development

Executive will manage client accounts, maintain ongoing relationships, track performance against targets, and provide regular reporting on business development activities. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to refine offerings and align campaigns with client needs is a key part of this role.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to handle client relationships and support ongoing engagements.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present ideas clearly, negotiate, and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Relevant experience in agency, marketing, or creative services sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Colaba, manage time effectively, and meet defined revenue and activity targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic sales reporting, and presentation software is an advantage.

Salary Band 175,000-250,000 annually
