Role Overview
Docterz is looking for an *entrepreneurial Head – Offline Growth* to build a scalable doctor-acquisition engine beyond digital advertising.

This is not a conventional field-sales management role
The mandate is to *discover, test, validate and scale repeatable offline acquisition channels* that can bring doctors, clinics and healthcare organisations onto the Docterz platform at attractive acquisition economics.

You will own the problem of answering:

“Can Docterz build a predictable, repeatable and scalable offline doctor-acquisition engine?”

Key Responsibilities

1. Build the Offline Acquisition Engine

Develop, test and scale offline acquisition strategies across:
* Direct doctor outreach
* Clinic visits
* City-level acquisition campaigns
* Medical conferences
* Specialty meetings
* Doctor communities
* Medical associations




* Local healthcare ecosystems
* Referral-led field programmes
* Healthcare events and networking platforms
* Strategic offline partnerships
Identify channels that consistently generate qualified doctors and convert them into active Docterz customers.
2. Build City-by-City Growth Playbooks
Develop micro-market strategies using:
Specialty + Geography + Acquisition Playbook

For example:
Paediatricians → Mumbai → Field Acquisition Playbook
Once a model demonstrates attractive economics, replicate it across:

* New cities
* New specialties
* Current doctor segments
* New offline channels

The objective is to turn successful experiments into *repeatable acquisition playbooks

3. Experimentation & Growth Analytics

Continuously identify and test new offline acquisition ideas.
Every experiment should have clearly defined metrics:
* Target doctor segment
* Number of doctors approached
* Meetings generated
* Demos generated
* Conve
