Role Description The Senior Production Coordinator (VFX) is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of VFX projects from inception to delivery. This role involves coordinating schedules, tracking shots and tasks, and ensuring that production milestones are met across multiple teams and departments.



The Senior Production Coordinator will communicate daily with production management, supervisors, and artists to clarify priorities, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain accurate project documentation. Responsibilities include monitoring progress against deadlines, updating databases and production reports, preparing status summaries for stakeholders, and facilitating meetings to align creative and technical teams. The role also contributes to streamlining workflows, identifying risks, and supporting continuous improvement in production processes.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills for clear coordination with production teams, supervisors, and clients.
Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management to structure schedules, resources, and delivery timelines.
Solid Project Management and Organization Skills to track tasks, manage priorities, and maintain detailed documentation.
