Role Description The Technical Sales Engineer – Guwahati will be responsible for driving sales of Radix instrumentation and automation products in the North East & Sikkim region through technical demonstrations, solution design,



and customer consultations. On a day-to-day basis, this full time, on-site role in Guwahati involves identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads,, and supporting customers with product selection and application-specific configurations. The role includes providing pre- and post-sales technical support, conducting site visits, coordinating with internal engineering and production teams, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. The Technical Sales Engineer will maintain accurate records of sales activities, participate in local marketing initiatives, and contribute feedback from the field to support product development and improvement. Regular travel within the assigned territory will be required to strengthen customer relationships and expand market presence.
