Role Description The Public Relations Specialist at Essence Innovation is a full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh, India. This role involves crafting and distributing press releases, managing media outreach, and maintaining positive relationships with journalists and key external stakeholders. The specialist will develop and implement PR strategies that align with the company’s mission, coordinate interviews and media briefings, and monitor coverage to ensure accurate and consistent brand representation.



Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting communication materials, supporting campaign launches, managing crisis communication with guidance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to amplify product updates and thought leadership. The role also includes tracking PR metrics, reporting outcomes to leadership, and continuously identifying opportunities to strengthen the company’s public profile.
Qualifications
Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience managing press interactions and external communications.
Ability to plan and execute Press Releases and Strategic Communications that support brand and business objectives.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear, concise writing and confident verbal communication in professional settings.
Proven experience in PR within technology, digital health, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
