About Axibator
Axibator is a hybrid incubator and growth accelerator supporting early-stage startups across AI, SaaS, and developer ecosystems. We currently work with 40+ startups (scaling to 100+ annually) and have built an ecosystem of 95+ global partners, including Cloudflare, Notion, ElevenLabs, JetBrains, HubSpot, Apollo, Databricks, and others.

Role: Associate COO (Early-Career) – Founding Team
This is not a typical operations role.
You will assist in establishing Axibator by collaborating directly with founders, programs, and execution.

What you will do:
• Manage day-to-day execution across cohorts and founder programs
• Coordinate with founders, mentors, and partners
• Track startup progress and ensure deliverables move
• Support community, sessions, and ecosystem operations




• Act as the execution bridge between strategy and action

Who should apply:
• 0–2 years of experience (strict)
• Final-year student or recent graduate (2024–2026)
• Robust interest in startups and building
• Prior experience in startups / E-Cell / projects/hackathons preferred

Compensation:
• Initial 3 months: Unpaid (learning + ownership phase)
• Post that: Paid / Equity / Core team role based on performance
